Shakespeare Love poem

Intro line: Adventure the power of fancy. Be tall and never slip it. Tender it appertaining.
From: Romeo to Juillet
Restriction: no B
Literally devices: repetition, imagery and personification

We always think fancy is just a fancy
Hence, tis is more than that
It's the music of my soul
The food of my day
The purpose of my life
Still, throw tis with power
Thee will never scathe

  1. Short and sweet! This poem is full of expression. I am not sure if it was intentional, but since the lines are so crisp and to the point I am able to take a nice breath at the end of every line; by doing this, a snappy beat really takes control. This is great.
